The Daily 3: What Makes Me Happy

2- Putting on a pair of pants that I used to have to take a deep breath and suck in my stomach to button about a year ago, but now fit easily or even a bit big. Kind of bittersweet since this means I’ll have to replace them!

3- Woke up with sore muscles after pushing myself yesterday to do both yoga and circuit training with higher weights. I’m practicing what I preach and I’m determined to keep rising to new challenges, especially physically and it feels great.
